Tentative Program:

• 9:00am: Kilohana paddlers, special guests, and Brown Lee passengers meet at MSI site. Overflow parking available in the outer parking lot here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/EDY6E1vheKahA4jZ9
• 9:00am: All other participants with personal watercraft park and launch at the Redwood City Public launch ramp: https://maps.app.goo.gl/Qk93STnkn7FcfKzR6
• 9:30am: Brown Lee passengers begin to board.
• 9:30am – 9:45am: All other watercraft begin to launch and meet at Buoy 3. Please follow green buoys out and return on red buoy markers. Additionally, abide by maritime rules.
• 10:30am: Meet at Buoy 3 for water ceremony. Kilohana’s Al Furumoto will be leading this service.
• 11am return to MSI or Port of Redwood City Public launch.
• 11:30am Everyone is welcome back to Kilohana’s site for a potluck BBQ. Overflow parking is located here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/EDY6E1vheKahA4jZ9

Brown Lee Research Ship: Max capacity is 60 persons. Sign-ups for the Brown Lee is first come, first served. Reserve your space by Thursday, 10pm. If you miss the cut-off, you can arrive the day of to see if there are any "no-shows". All guests in your group must be present when boarding. To board the Brown Lee, you will need to park in the large overflow parking and walk to MSI/Kilohana site.

Redwood City Public Launch: All visiting watercraft participating in the ceremony will need to launch here. We ask that if you park in the parking lot across the launch that you pay for parking. Street parking is available and free. Parking is prohibited in the adjacent business parking lots and your vehicle could be towed.

Other misc. info:

• Flowers for ceremony: Please bring flowers to offer for Brendan during the ceremony. This could be from foraging from your own yard or neighborhood.
  
• There will be picnic benches and other seating, but feel free to take advantage of the lawn area by bringing picnic blankets or beach chairs.
